Come celebrate  World Breastfeeding Week 2010! Theme - "Breastfeeding:  Just 10 Steps!  The Baby-Friendly Way" Friday, August 6th 2010 - 4pm-6pm Anna Becker Park, Reinken Ave., Belen It takes just 10 simple steps for hospitals to earn the "Baby Friendly" designation -- by supporting exclusive breastfeeding and giving NO artificial milk "gift bags" (they're really formula company marketing tools!).    Find out more on Friday, August 6th at the Anna Becker Park in Belen, from 4 pm to 6 pm.  The Valencia County Breastfeeding Task Force and Valencia County WIC will host a public celebration for World Breastfeeding Week, with  mini spa treatments for moms, refreshments, entertainment, and fun!  Come meet other parents and talk to local breastfeeding experts who can help you nurse your baby and feed your family in a safe, loving, healthy way.
